NHS ERIC 05/06 report for S04: 01,02,03,04 and 05 Quality of buildings - Backlog Costs Provides a breakdown of Backlog costs for each of the four NHS risk ranks and performs the site level risk adjust formula. Consult your ERIC data definitions guidance and EFM guidance "A risk based methodology for establishing and managing backlog" to make sure that your survey template meets the requirements. The Report has been designed with interactive options since each Trust employs varying methods of implementation. You can choose a condition rank for your 'Backlog' and then the report finds all associated Risk ranks from the Cost To B field. Costs 1 - 30 + figures are not included. Remaining life figures may be input via this report, these are stored in the Terrier. The 'Adjusted' formula is exposed. Check your figures and read your guidence!
